Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative, digitally fluent designer to elevate the visual expression of bareMinerals and BUXOM across all digital touchpoints. This role owns design execution across ecommerce, paid media, email, social and retail partner platforms translating brand vision into compelling, performance-driven creative. With a refined aesthetic, we are looking for a strong ability to design elevated, aspirational storytelling. Beauty obsessed, you are equally inspired creating beautiful work as you are about driving performance results. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are able bring a 360° approach and a digital-first mindset to every campaign. Ability to create both static and motion assets, adept in editing, cutdowns and motion graphics Curious, adaptable, and energized by innovation, such as AI emerging platforms Passion for beauty and creating meaningful consumer experiences

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a beauty brand or creative agency
  • Portfolio showcasing excellence across digital, social, motion, and still.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Motion Graphics and Quick Cut.
  • Figma and Asana
  • Strong understanding of digital production workflows and platform best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused with an ability to communicate point of view diplomatically
  • BFA or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within prestige beauty, fashion, or luxury brands strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate and evolve brand visuals across site, social, paid media, email, and retail platforms, ensuring a cohesive, luxe expression
  • With a keen attention to detail, ensure brand consistency and brand integrity in all assets
  • Design and execute with an understanding of how to execute for review and approvals of 360° campaigns for launches, promotions, and digital activations for both brands
  • Translate creative direction into impactful visual storytelling across static, motion, and digital experiences - expertise in editing, cut downs and motion graphics
  • Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh, trend-forward ideas.
  • Design mobile-first creative assets for web, email, paid and organic social.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing leads, creative ops, consumer engagement, social, site team, retail, and production teams to deliver best-in-class work ensuring quality and consistency
  • Support weekly site updates and seasonal campaign refreshes, optimized for performance.
  • Deliver digital assets for key retail partners (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy’s, QVC).
  • Evolve design systems and CMS to ensure quality, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Stay ahead of digital, social, and emerging design trends, fostering a culture of creativity and expression
