As the Creative Development Head at Ready Set, you will be the driving force behind our creative testing frameworks, translating media buying and client experience needs into actionable insights. You will lead the charge in building a culture of data-driven creativity, ensuring that every project is guided by an understanding of audience behavior, algorithm trends, and client KPIs. You will be constantly updating and redefining the way we are doing Creative Strategy in a dynamic environment with new technologies and challenges appearing all the time. This is a role for a leader with self-direction and the initiative to not only interpret complex data but also train and inspire a performance-driven creative team, giving them the tools and insights they need to produce high-impact work in an ever-changing digital landscape. Your success will be measured by your ability to create a clear strategic roadmap, collaborating with other teams to unlock any necessary way of producing creative assets to meet client’s performance goals, consistently achieving an optimal speed of learning.
