Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably within a creative agency or tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex design projects.
Strong understanding of the latest design tools, technologies, and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall design and innovation strategy for Forge.
Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep Forge ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align design and innovation initiatives with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, creative developers, and innovators.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the design and innovation team.
Oversee the design and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to timelines.
Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Present design concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the value and impact of Forge's work.
Drive a culture of innovation through continuous research and exploration of new technologies and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
Implement processes and tools that enhance creativity and streamline the design workflow.
Ensure consistency and excellence in Forge's brand identity across all touchpoints.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to uphold the agency's visual and creative integrity.
Collaborate closely with Forge’s five business lines of services.
