About The Position

The Group is looking for a detail and task-oriented individual with a creative eye. This individual will support the Creative Director in day-to-day marketing operations and create various digital and print marketing materials to support the brand and advertise commercial property listings.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with email marketing platforms
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Maintaining listings and keeping all online platforms up-to-date with latest marketing materials
Support email marketing efforts by creating graphics, scheduling email campaigns, and uploading contacts to database
Conducting research for various markets & trade areas
Assisting with revisions to property flyers and offering memorandums
Creating research maps for specific properties to include in flyers and offering memorandums
Support photo editing, content formatting and light video editing
Organize digital assets and maintain marketing files
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing mediums including CREXI, LOOPNET and Websites
Social Media coordination with our Social Media Team and Marketing Director ensuring detail is accurate
