About The Position

The Creative Design Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, and brand initiatives. This role manages and develops a team of designers, ensures alignment with brand and business objectives, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused creative work. Reporting to the Creative Associate Director, the Creative Manager provides direction to the design team, supports the execution of creative strategy, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional design experience
  • 3+ years of experience supervising or leading creative professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Experience in retail, consumer products, or customer-facing environments
  • Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction & Execution Lead the development and execution of creative concepts across campaigns, digital, print, and brand initiatives
  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards, customer expectations, and business objectives
  • Provide design direction and contribute hands-on creative work.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • People Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and develop a team of designers, including assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee development plans
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and talent development in partnership with leadership and Human Resources
  • Operational Management Plan, assign, and monitor project workload to ensure efficient use of team resources
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, workflows, and deadlines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising, and other business functions, to align on project objectives and deliverables
  • Communicate project status, priorities, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Present creative concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders as needed
