The Opportunity The Creative Coordinator plays a key role on the in-house Creative Team, supporting the Creative Brand Manager and cross-functional partners by organizing projects, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative processes. The Creative Coordinator will help drive innovative campaigns, streamline team efficiency, and maintain brand standards across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative coordination, project management, or a related role within a creative or marketing team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Understanding of print production processes with the ability to review creative specifications prior to vendor submission.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, or Monday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience within an in-house creative team or agency environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with budgeting or resource allocation for creative projects.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or content production workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Coordinate and oversee creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Maintain project timelines, schedules, and task assignments using project management tools.
  • Team Collaboration Serve as a liaison between the creative team (designers, copywriters, creative manager, etc.) and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Asset Coordination Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of creative assets including digital files, brand guidelines, and campaign materials. Ensure all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal partners.
  • Brief Development Assist in translating stakeholder requirements into clear and actionable creative briefs that outline objectives, audiences, and deliverables.
  • Workflow Optimization Identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and help implement tools or systems that increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Vendor & Freelancer Coordination Act as the point of contact for external print vendors, photographers, freelancers, and other creative partners supporting outsourced project needs.
  • Quality Control Review creative deliverables for consistency with brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications before final submission.
  • Administrative Support Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, tracking budgets, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Trend Awareness Stay informed on creative, marketing, and industry trends to offer inspiration and insights to the team.
