About The Position

The Creative Asset Manager is responsible for creating and managing Boxercraft’s visual marketing assets, including catalogs, style guides, ads, tradeshow graphics, website imagery, email assets, and sales materials. This role brings the brand vision to life through consistent, high-quality creative assets used across digital, print, and event channels. The position works closely with Marketing, Licensing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure the Boxercraft look and feel is consistent and aligned with the brand promise. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and is able to create deliverables accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Mableton, GA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
  • 4–5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or design role
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality creative assets and marketing collateral
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with asset management platforms such as Dropbox, Joomag, and YouTube
  • Working knowledge of web platforms such as Shopify and Magento
  • Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Experience working in apparel or consumer goods industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage all visual marketing assets, including catalogs, style guides, advertisements, tradeshow graphics, website imagery, email assets, and sales materials
  • Produce and maintain print and digital catalogs and style guides
  • Design tradeshow visuals such as banners, booth graphics, and promotional materials
  • Develop visual assets for email marketing, websites (D2C & B2B), and sales platforms
  • Organize, edit, and manage product photography and video content
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claid.ai, Botika, Photoroom, etc.) to support asset creation and enhance workflows
  • Partner with Marketing, Licensing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Support new product launches with photography, video, and creative assets
  • Update and maintain creative assets for RepSpark, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Support rep-specific programs and special creative requests
  • Provide creative support for other NG Labs brands as needed
  • Maintain image libraries to ensure assets are current, accurate, and organized
  • Create and manage internal brand assets such as business cards and email signatures
  • Track and analyze QR code performance used across marketing materials
  • Upload, update, and manage creative assets across platforms including RepSpark, Joomag, YouTube, Dropbox, and similar tools
  • Serve as platform administrator for key creative tools and systems
