About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven In-Person Creative Manager to oversee and elevate the quality of content produced within our User-Generated Content (UGC) program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our creator network, ensuring that all deliverables align with StudyFetch's brand standards, performance goals, and creative vision. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in creator culture, possesses a strong command of short-form content strategy, and excels at managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an on-site position based out of our Beverly Hills office.

Requirements

  • LA-based and able to commute regularly to our Beverly Hills office
  • 3+ years of experience in creative management, UGC program management, influencer marketing, or a closely related field
  • Deep, demonstrated expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content creation, with a strong pulse on creator culture and platform behavior
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback to creative talent at varying skill levels
  • Proven track record of managing multiple creators or projects simultaneously within structured workflows and defined timelines
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Educate, support, and evaluate content produced by creators within the UGC program, ensuring consistent adherence to creative briefs, brand guidelines, and performance benchmarks
  • Conduct daily and weekly reviews of creator-submitted content, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement in creative output
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the creator network and the Head of Creator Programs, delivering timely status updates, performance summaries, and escalation reports
  • Schedule and lead in-person office visits and video calls to walk creators through deliverables, provide creative direction, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Produce original content as needed to support campaign timelines, fill creative gaps, or serve as a reference benchmark for creator briefs
  • Maintain a structured and scalable creator management process, including onboarding workflows, content calendars, and turnaround SLAs to ensure creative supply meets demand
