The Creative Asset Manager for the Amazon MGM Studios Global Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing Team will support the entire Lifecycle Marketing team across 2 – 3 key business lanes with a large volume of titles and assets. This role requires a high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, and a drive to learn and be curious. A successful candidate is a customer-centric expert in asset management with a passion for large-scale management of A/V, Print, Digital, and other creative assets in the content lifecycle. In the role, you'll champion best practices, tools, standards, and processes required for operational excellence across a growing slate of content. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets for Amazon MGM Studios' global slate, with specialized focus on intake and management of assets from 1P and 3P partners as well as supporting the B2B needs of the Distribution team. Experience managing workflows related to ingest and QC, file organization projects, archives management, and metadata application is key. You will work closely with internal Digital Archives, Design, A/V, Distribution, Campaign Management, and Strategy teams as well as external creative vendors. You should be comfortable diving deep into details, and thinking big about ways to scale, streamline, and continuously improve processes, asset libraries, and customer experiences. You are an excellent multi-tasker who will manage projects with multiple deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across teams and key global stakeholders.
