Requirements

Previous dealing experience (typically 3–6 months)
Valid Gaming License
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong dexterity and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Deal classic and specialty games like blackjack, craps, roulette, and more
Interact warmly with guests, greeting and conversing in English
Ensure fair and accurate gameplay, handling chips and currency with precision
Protect the integrity of the game, observing players and reporting irregularities
Work as part of a team, supporting fellow dealers and supervisors
