Craps Dealer – Part/Full Time – Join the Maverick Team! Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six months dealing experience, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
- Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests!
- Use your skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips!
- Confidently take ownership of your table’s safety and security. Use your keen attention to detail to promote a safe gaming space.
- Follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls as a Craps Dealer!
- Enthusiastically conduct electronic gambling games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and assists customers in playing while ensuring adherence to all established rules, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and employees, provide personal attention and assistance to customers and act to keep customers satisfied and motivated to return whether they lose or win.
- Keep track of game and player actions.
- Must be able to deal cards for electronic play only (does not require physically dealing cards to individual players).
- Verify all customers are 21 years of age.
- Comply with established security policies and procedures. Inform supervisor and/or security personnel of any concerns.
