ADriveWorks Technical Support & Solutions Specialist is responsible for thesuccessful support of software implementation projects at GoEngineer customers.In this customer-facing role, you’ll support clients throughout the sales, implementation,and post-Go Live lifecycle of their engineering system deployment. You’ll workclosely with key accounts, internal sales teams, SOLIDWORKS technical support,and the Solution Engineering teams to ensure customer success. Your key contributions in this role will be:
