About The Position
Responsible for effectively coordinating and directing the activities of the Coushatta Advantage Club on assigned shift and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent experience.
- Must obtain and maintain Title 31 certification.
- Must obtain and maintain Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit.
- Must have the ability to effectively perform independently.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in the use of PC and the ability to adapt to specific gaming systems.
- Require the ability to type fifty (50) words per minute.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to printers, telephone systems, calculators and copy machines.
Nice To Haves
- Two to three years of guest relations and supervisory experience preferred.
