The Utah State Courts are committed to providing an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice to all people. Under the Guardianship Reporting and Monitoring Program (GRAMP), the Court Visitor Program plays a critical role in the mission of the courts by utilizing the hard work and effort of volunteers (Court Visitors) to investigate, observe, and report to judges in guardianship and conservatorship cases. The Court Visitor Program provides accurate and unbiased information to the court to assist in protecting vulnerable individuals throughout the guardianship process. T he Court Visitor Program Specialist oversees the day-to-day operations of the Court Visitor Program, including case management, supervising volunteers, reviewing reports, maintaining the case-tracking database, serving as a liaison with judges and judicial support staff, and volunteer recruitment.
