The Court Program Specialist II assists judges with the timely disposition of cases through case management, case monitoring, and program implementation. This role involves providing information to litigants and trial court staff, reviewing filings, managing and preparing cases for court hearings, briefing judges, and attending hearings and other trial court proceedings as applicable. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining record/filing systems, scheduling hearings, and performing related clerical support functions. Additionally, the position requires collecting and reporting on case/program data and maintaining necessary databases. The specialist works under the general supervision of the Director of Case Management and will primarily provide case management assistance in family court, with cross-training in the civil case management division for coverage needs.
