About The Position

The Course Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support for client training programs. This role ensures seamless execution of onsite training activities, maintains learning systems, and supports course delivery from setup through completion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, LMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Prepare onsite and offsite training rooms, including setup of tables, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure training facilities meet quality standards and are fully prepared prior to each session
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual equipment issues in real time
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for instructors, course owners, and participants
  • Manage course logistics including scheduling, enrollments, confirmations, waitlists, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate course and curriculum data within the Learning Management System, LMS
  • Enroll participants and maintain up-to-date course rosters
  • Track and enter attendance records, providing reports to leadership and clients as required
  • Collect, maintain, and document class evaluation data
  • Support reporting and data entry related to training administration
  • Ensure adherence to client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements
  • Identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues to resolution or escalate as needed
  • Manage filing and recordkeeping of training documentation, including paper and digital records
  • Perform additional client-requested tasks and administrative support functions
