About The Position

Job Requirements Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (strong expertise required). Strong written and verbal communication in technical English. Ability to write clear, concise instructional copy. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical training, field service, or technical communications. 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or course development. Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and technologies (preferred but not required). Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms. Experience with multimedia production, including photo/video editing and animation. Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, PBET). Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging and effective learning materials. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Desired Candidate Attributes: Pays attention to detail and focuses on incremental improvements rather than complete redesigns. Demonstrates adaptability to technical concepts (e.g., STEM background, tech writing, hands-on experience like fixing cars or machinery). Experience in technical fields like utilities, banking, or insurance shows adaptability to complex systems. Veterans or candidates with hands-on technical skills (e.g., understanding tools like torque wrenches or valves) are a great fit.
