The Countroom Clerk I is responsible for providing superior guest service, maintaining control of casino assets, and following all procedures for collection, counting, and asset security. This includes counting all money and chips collected from the gaming floor, completing all necessary paperwork and documentation timely, accurately, and legibly, and ensuring appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and machinery used for transporting and counting funds. The role also involves assisting in maintaining a spotless casino, having complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, keeping the work area clean and orderly, adhering to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies, and handling routine customer complaints while maintaining positive guest relationships.
