About The Position

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers find the right products, keeping our showroom in top shape, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer phone calls and providing support
- Assisting customers at the sales counter and over the phone and via email with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom
- Coordinating product deliveries with customers and internal teams
- Managing inter-company product transfers
- Learning about our products to confidently assist customers (training provided)
- Supporting additional tasks as needed—teamwork is everything!
