The Counter Sales associate is primarily responsible for selling and promoting HVAC products in person at the sales counter and/or over the phone. This role involves quoting product prices on standard items, entering orders into the computer system, and relaying pertinent order information to the customer. The associate will also handle requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations, and will use the computer system to manage customer and order information. A key aspect of the role is establishing and maintaining customer relationships through problem-solving, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service. The position requires excellent attendance, the ability to meet deadlines, and participation in product training.
