About The Position

Olive & Finch, an award winning fine casual eatery and bakery has opened a new concept - Little Finch. An all day café and bakery, Little Finch offers craft coffee, cocktails, sweet and savory pastries and grab and go products just a few block from Union Station on 16th Street Mall. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals with who have a passion for coffee and hospitality! Call us old-school, but we appreciate the cafes that feel like home. Whether you're in a rush, on a first date, or need to get in some "work from home" time, Little Finch has open arms and smiling faces to greet you with splendid coffee, cocktails and an enjoyable experience. We offer hand-crafted specialty coffee and cocktails as well as freshly baked pastries and grab & go products from our Bakeshop to create a memorable experience for every Little Finch that flies through the door.

Requirements

• Must have experience in a high volume coffee bar or bar
• Must have experience in a high volume restaurant or cafe
• Passion for coffee and hospitality

• Able to multi-task while working clean, following recipes, in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Greet customers with smiling faces
