This position is located at Orange Correctional Center in Hillsborough, NC. Orange County. Orange Correctional Center is a male minimum custody facility. Reporting to the Associate Warden of Operations, The Correctional Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food service operations within a correctional facility, including the supervision of Correctional Food Service Officers and incarcerated individuals assigned to food production. This role ensures the safe, secure, and sanitary preparation and delivery of meals while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and nutritional standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant food service operations within a correctional setting while supporting institutional security and rehabilitative efforts. Orange Correctional Center in Hillsborough NC is a minimum-security prison for adult males. The prison originally housed medium custody offenders and was converted to a minimum-security unit in 1966. Piedmont Community College works with the prison to provide vocational classes in food service technology and light construction.
