About The Position

As a Corporate Travel Operations Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in office Company-issued equipment + remote access Formal, hands-on training [Monthly home internet stipend] (if applicable)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of management experience leading teams of 40+ employees (on-site and remote)
  • 2-3 years of experience in airline, travel management company (TMC), or call center operations
  • Experience in restructuring operations and implementing performance frameworks
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics for decision-making
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Solid understanding of travel, hotel, and call center operations
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Corporate Travel Operations Team to deliver efficient and consistent client operations
  • Evaluating and enhancing organizational structure and workflows for operational efficiency
  • Developing governance frameworks, operational plans, and succession strategies
  • Monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development pathways
  • Implementing SOPs, operational controls, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and managing vendor relationships
  • Managing budgets, expense controls, and readiness for Business Continuity Planning
  • Serving as escalation point for critical operational issues and providing on-call support
