Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills you shine when engaging others
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (especially in sales or customer service)
• Creativity and innovation in designing learning tools and programs
• Confidence in leading virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for developing others

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred

Responsibilities

• Teaching effective sales and customer service techniques that drive results
• Designing and updating creative, engaging training materials
• Leading both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Supporting onboarding and helping new hires succeed from day one
• Partnering with leadership to identify growth and development opportunities
• Tracking progress, measuring impact, and celebrating success
