About The Position

The Exit Factor corporate team is looking for a new member to join our staff of motivated and passionate individuals. Our team supports the Exit Factor network of franchisees and agents across the globe. Your role as a Business Advisor/Corporate Trainer is essential to our growing brand. You will provide expert coaching to new and existing franchisees by analyzing business plans, operational processes, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, expense management, and more. You will also conduct face-to-face field visits with franchisees who help business owners increase the value and profitability of their enterprises, as well as help them prepare their exit strategies. As a Business Advisor/Corporate Trainer, you will play a key role traveling to visit all franchise stores within your assigned territories with the purpose of understanding and defining their needs as well as coordinating and managing the training program The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a room, managing live training environments, facilitating sessions, coordinating presenters, and ensuring a smooth, engaging learning experience. This role works closely with the corporate team to ensure training content stays aligned with brand initiatives and travels to support franchisees in the field.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR 2–4 years of relevant experience/training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, business development, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills: able to read and interpret manuals, write routine reports, and present effectively to groups of franchisees or clients.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and accounting software is a plus.
  • Eligible driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A credit card with an available credit limit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to new franchisee offices and implement the Office Launch Program.
  • Assist franchisees with client appointments, networking events, and regional meetings.
  • Advise on day-to-day operations, including office management and hiring consultants.
  • Instruct on marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Liaise with key suppliers and vendors to strengthen partnerships across the Exit Factor network.
  • Attend and support the Annual Exit Factor Conference as a core team member.
  • Coordinate sponsorship and trade show opportunities for vendors leading up to the conference.
  • Provide up to two weeks of training for new or existing Exit Factor franchise owners and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Enhance or redesign existing curriculum, and create new content based on brand needs.
  • Work alongside the brand leader on special projects as approved by the Director of Operations.
  • Participate in Discovery Day programs for Exit Factor Franchisee candidates (Discovery Day is a dedicated event that introduces prospective franchisees to our brand’s culture, leadership, and core offerings.)
  • Identify issues and training opportunities in the field and advise the support department accordingly.
  • Partner with the business team to ensure compliance with mandatory operational learning programs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and direction to brand franchisees.
  • Conduct monthly updates and edits to the brand-specific Success Guide as needed.
