About The Position

The Corporate Technical & Reporting Controller will lead financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting functions for a global organization. This role requires strong expertise in US GAAP, financial consolidation, and internal controls, as well as leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• CPA with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Accounting.
• 15+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• Expertise in US GAAP, consolidation, and compliance.
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Document technical accounting areas and implement new pronouncements.
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies.
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights for decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Lead integration of new entities and harmonize reporting.
• Partner with FP&A for monthly results.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff.
• Define roles, implement training, and foster collaboration.
• Drive ERP system upgrades and standardize reporting processes.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, lender reporting, and audit committees.
