About The Position

The Corporate Support Specialist helps keep things running smoothly day to day by being a go-to support for incoming calls and key office needs. This role manages a high volume of operator calls, making sure each one gets to the right place quickly and efficiently, helping our teams stay connected and responsive. In addition to call management, this role oversees scrub inventory, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining adequate supply levels for staff. The Corporate Support Specialist also provides backup support for medical supply ordering and front desk reception, helping to ensure continuity of operations and a positive experience for both internal teams and external visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and easily adapt to changing situations and problem-solve.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center and/or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all incoming Agency Operator calls and voicemails, as well as supporting other department calls as the first point of contact for customers, employees, and other healthcare professionals. Handle calls and voicemails with professionalism, tact, and patience, while providing exceptional customer service. Act as a liaison between the customer and the appropriate person to resolve/handle their questions.
  • Responsible as a back-up to the Medical Supply Order Specialist and will process all patient and HCR office medical supply orders. Ensure that all HCR medical supply closets are appropriately stocked and any urgent patient issues/concerns are properly escalated.
  • Responsible for providing new hires with necessary aide/nursing/therapy bags, uniforms, and other required items, by monitoring the HCR New Hire List.
  • Ensure that the Metro Park office is appropriately stocked with uniforms for new hires.
  • Act as a backup to other department staff when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
