OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Corporate Strategy Lead to join the Transformation division. Job Purpose: Leads OUC’s transformative, high-impact Strategic Road-mapping program that guides the Commission’s long-term strategy. Oversees OUC’s Strategic Intelligence & Research function for executive decision making, and oversees internal and external consulting engagements. This role is highly entrepreneurial and brings thought-leadership to the team by integrating professional experience with industry specific research and data analysis. Coaches and develops entry and intermediate level team members and independently leads Executive-Level strategic analyses. Communicates directly with Senior Leadership and supports business units on their strategic plan implementation with an entrepreneurial approach. This high-profile position requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership, strategic and financial technical skills, and excellent communication skills.
