About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Corporate Stewardship Program Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing interdisciplinary programming aligned with business priorities and enterprise global strategies. Your work will ensure effective ESG/CSR reporting and compliance, driving engagement and strengthening the company's reporting controls. You will also assist in the strategic management of external partnerships and monitoring emerging disclosure requirements, ensuring the organization prepares for future challenges in sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Demonstrated experience in ESG/CSR reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Working knowledge of SASB, TCFD, ISSB, and climate risk frameworks.
Experience with establishing ESG controls and assurance processes preferred.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficiency with reporting tools and collaboration platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of interdisciplinary programming.
Manage day-to-day planning of ESG/CSR reporting strategy.
Ensure alignment with leading frameworks and standards.

Align outputs with Climate Risk Assessment and Enterprise Risk Management processes.
Strengthen ESG reporting controls and data integrity.
Monitor and prepare briefing documents and communication plans.
Assist with strategy development and external partnership management.
