The impact you will have: The Staff Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR business partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process for their searches. The Staff Recruiter will also support all aspects of the search process ranging from preparation for client meetings, including market research and drafting specifications; developing search strategies; identifying, researching, and contacting prospective candidates; creating status reports and candidate assessments and leading weekly status calls on search progress. Additionally, the Staff Recruiter is responsible for: Overseeing the research effort in partnership with our sourcers to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searches Creating robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest candidates while ensuring our commitment to diversifying our global workforce; Calibrating and fine-tuning candidate profiles with hiring managers; Gaining trust of prospective candidates and developing them into active candidates; Upholding DB’s hiring bar through rigorous screening, assessment and reference checks; Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on industries and market conditions; Proactively building out talent networks across diverse functions/industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage; Leading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debrief/hiring conversations; Creating and negotiating complex offers through a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits;
