About The Position

The Corporate Services Planner Scheduler is a key member of the Corporate Services team working under general supervision with some latitude for initiative and independent judgment. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to support, serve and deliver excellence in events, hospitality, communication and workplace operations. We are a service-oriented team – strong customer service skills are essential. Responsible for executing projects and events with minute details – high sense of urgency, accuracy, consistency and detail-focused mindset are vital.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
  • Experience in office services, event planning, and space planning
  • High attention to detail and aesthetics
  • Professional demeanor
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-starter, problem solver and team player
  • Meet rigid deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Accept feedback & guidance from multiple stakeholders and display proper business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects with similar deadlines
  • General understanding of workplace fire, building and ADA codes
  • Basic time management, problem solving and project management skills
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems (Eptura, preferred)
  • General software skills in Microsoft 365
  • Good communication skills both oral and written with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide planning assistance for corporate campus events partnering with all levels of the organization and multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and execute event logistics, including furniture setup, catering, beverages, and housekeeping.
  • Create and maintain Airtable schedules and task lists for events, small projects, and team support services.
  • Manage inventory to ensure availability and usability of event-related stock items.
  • Process new hire and exiting teammate tickets, conduct monthly space planning walkthroughs, and update CAFM records for multiple high-density Charlotte offices.
  • Perform CAFM database QA to ensure 98% accuracy is maintained.
  • Miscellaneous requests.
