Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-year car sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience designing, developing, and evaluating learning 
  • Knowledge of instructional systems design methodology, rapid design/development methodologies, adult learning theory, research methodology, and assessment tools
  • Passion for teaching, motivating and coaching, with the ability to create and sustain strong working partnerships with all stakeholders across the organization
  • Be a team player with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn new technology, products and services
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate training for new hire sales employees on our digital, in-person and finance sales processes
  • Design and develop creative, high-quality, interactive learning content classroom or virtual training sessions (handouts, participant and facilitator materials, activities, etc.)
  • Provide follow-up coaching, ongoing support and refresher training as needed
  • Execute new-hire orientation and onboarding for all new hires
  • Work in-store to coach Managers to best support and grow their talent (travel 50% to Minneapolis area locations)
  • Support company technology and process rollouts as necessary
  • Support out of state locations as necessary (less than 10%)
