Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales training, enablement, or leadership development experience
  • Proven success in in-home sales and/or home improvement
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and closing strategy
  • Experience using scalable training systems from the ground up
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training to results
  • Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and sales KPIs
  • Passion for culture-building and helping people reach elite performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Create advanced coaching programs for experienced reps, team leads, and sales managers
  • Develop training around closing, objection handling, insurance claim sales, product knowledge, financing, and customer psychology
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify skill gaps and improve performance
  • Build repeatable sales playbooks, role-play systems, and KPI scorecards
  • Conduct field ride-alongs, call reviews, and live coaching sessions
  • Reinforce accountability through measurable performance benchmarks
  • Train teams across multiple divisions including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm restoration
  • Support leadership development and succession planning
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and winning
  • Direct partnership with senior leadership
  • Guide company-wide sales systems
