The Corporate Safety Manager provides leadership and guidance to the organization in health, safety, risk management, ADA, Workers Compensation, and OSHA compliance while enhancing the safety culture and awareness to drive safety performance. What is essential for success? Project Management & Organization – Effectively manages multiple projects, deadlines, events, and priorities with initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Effective Leader – Influences leaders and team members at all levels to prioritize safety, compliance, and continuous improvement by fostering a collaborative environment built on trust, respect, and accountability. Communicator – Ability to connect and lead through clear, effective communication, including mentoring, developing, and motivating others. Demonstrates a high level of collaboration across diverse teams, functions, and locations. Confidentiality & Professional Integrity – Effectively maintain confidential and sensitive information and data with discretion, professionalism, and strong judgment. High Attention to Detail – Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all safety-health related programs, documentation, and reporting. Analytical Skillset – Ability to analyze safety, operational, and compliance data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
