The Job: Corporate Regional Marketing Director The Corporate Regional Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across a designated portfolio of hotels within the region. This highly strategic and collaborative role partners closely with property-level General Managers, Directors of Sales, revenue management teams, and the corporate marketing department. This leader will oversee multi-property brand positioning, integrated marketing plans, digital strategy, and regional marketing performance. The Regional Marketing Director ensures messaging consistency, drives demand across all hotels, identifies regional growth opportunities, and supports new hotel openings and brand launches. Please note: This role will be based at our Corporate Office in the Kirkland, WA. This role will be required to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-property environments.
  • Proven success in managing marketing strategies for multiple hotels or brands.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, advertising, CRM, and social media.
  • Experience with brand management, creative development, and content production.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive teams and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Assist property-level marketing teams in executing multi-property marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the region.
  • Align regional marketing priorities with corporate goals and local property business plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify demand trends, competitive opportunities, and regional performance insights.
  • Lead cross-property collaboration to ensure efficiencies, shared best practices, and cohesive brand representation.
  • Direct the digital marketing strategy for all hotels in the region, including SEO, PPC, display, metasearch, and email marketing.
  • Ensure all hotel websites are current, optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Review digital performance dashboards, provide actionable insights, and guide properties on data-driven marketing improvements.
  • Develop regional social media frameworks to support property-level execution and consistency.
  • Guide content creation that showcases each hotel’s unique value while reinforcing regional brand alignment.
  • Oversee partnerships with influencers and digital creators to drive regional awareness.
  • Uphold brand standards across all marketing channels and ensure consistency across properties.
  • Support hotels with development of brochures, campaign assets, photography, and video content.
  • Lead regional photo/video shoots and ensure asset sharing across properties.
  • Build relationships with regional media, tourism boards, destination partners, and key industry organizations.
  • Assist in coordinating regional press events, media hosting, and cooperative marketing programs.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that enhance regional brand visibility and revenue potential.
  • Oversee regional CRM strategy, including email campaigns, loyalty communications, and targeted customer segmentation.
  • Ensure hotels follow consistent messaging and guest engagement guidelines.
  • Guide field marketing teams in developing and managing the regional marketing budget across all assigned hotels.
  • Evaluate property-level marketing spend, ensuring ROI and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs to guide ongoing optimization and reporting.
  • Assist hotels in marketing on-property events, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.
  • Assist in leading marketing strategy and activation for new hotel openings and repositionings in the region.
  • Review event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Compile regional marketing reports and present strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Stay current on hospitality, regional, and digital marketing trends, leveraging innovation to advance performance.
