The Corporate Recruiting Manager is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent through innovative recruiting strategies and effective management of the full-cycle recruitment process. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to deliver customized hiring solutions, build strong and diverse talent pipelines, and provide market insights that support both current and future workforce needs. In addition, the Corporate Recruiting Manager leads and mentors Talent Acquisition team members, promotes the Company’s brand, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience, compliance, and operational excellence across all recruiting activities.
