Our vision is to offer everyone a piece of the American spirit – one handshake at a time.  The Corporate Recruiting Manager is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent through innovative recruiting strategies and effective management of the full-cycle recruitment process. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to deliver customized hiring solutions, build strong and diverse talent pipelines, and provide market insights that support both current and future workforce needs. In addition, the Corporate Recruiting Manager leads and mentors Talent Acquisition team members, promotes the Company’s brand, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience, compliance, and operational excellence across all recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent in experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a variety of corporate positions, preferably with a retail/fashion organization.
  • Proven success in building positive, collaborative relationships with a diverse group of internal and external business partners.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong people management and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills; detail-orientation and resourcefulness.
  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritization is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full life-cycle recruitment plans to identify and ultimately evaluate and employ candidates for assigned business unit/positions; ensuring the candidate and client experiences are met with exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of department, position, hiring manager, etc. and create search strategy, including creating a target list of competitor companies, identifying names of passive candidates and forecasting the time frame of the search
  • Employ innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, employee referrals and networking
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop a strong understanding of the business unit culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
  • Maintain the highest standards of candidate experience and client account management to ensure a positive and impactful candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and salary expectations
  • Partner with finance and hiring managers to determine and define attractive and competitive job offers
  • Present verbal and written compensation plan offers to candidates and negotiate as appropriate
  • Continuously develop business knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry and key business unit challenges, and current market dynamics
  • Maintain a high level of transparency and communication while managing progress reports and actions in the ATS and other systems.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of TA efforts, and identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Uphold compliance with all EEO, diversity, and employment regulations and company policies.
  • Lead partnerships in the local community and colleges to build great relationships with talent ensuring we build our network and pipeline of top talent across all functions.
  • Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs and conferences
  • Partner with Human Resources to place transfer employees into their new role successfully
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with recruiting vendors
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
