As a Corporate Recruiter , you will be responsible for effectively managing full cycle recruiting for non and exempt roles within corporate departments and also support call center class hiring when needed. The Recruiter will prepare for and manage comprehensive intake sessions with hiring leaders, providing candidate market data and other information to educate leaders. They will influence leaders when necessary to ensure timely responses in communication and candidate feedback. The Recruiter will work to resolve issues and recruiting challenges and escalate to leaders, when needed. They will accurately post jobs, source candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates for job fit, schedule interviews with the hiring leader for qualified candidates, and extend offers, ensuring a flawless handoff to the TA Onboarding team. The individual will project manage internal hiring events as needed and attend and/or supervise external job fairs and recruiting events. The Recruiter will effectively manage the candidate funnel and status in the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS), adhering to and meeting recruiting metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
