About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III, responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and selection and assist with overall recruitment strategy. Select top talent to join the organization by forging strong relationships with assigned business unit leaders across the organization and understand how the department works in order to define what "best" looks like for any given role. Collaborate with the Talent team and business partners in multiple projects that support our strategic goals and overall vision. As a culture champion for the credit union, be the first impression for our candidates. Understand the value and impact of a superior candidate experience and contribute towards innovative processes to streamline and enhance those experiences. Help build and maintain strong talent pipeline to meet the needs of our business. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Minimum four (4) years recruiting and sourcing experience for non-exempt and exempt level positions.
  • Experience working with an ATS.
  • Strong knowledge of State and Federal laws including, EEO and FLSA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.
  • Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervisor and to meet deadlines.
