About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting
• 2-3 years’ experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Nice To Haves

• DoD contractor experience a plus
• experience with UltiPro / UKG a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, including job analysis, crafting job descriptions, sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer negotiations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage all open positions, track progress and timeliness, maintain accurate data in the ATS/HRIS, and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Use diverse sourcing strategies, ie., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring teams to evaluate candidate qualifications, administer assessments, provide recommendations, and support onboarding for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and the broader talent community while promoting the employer brand and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
