About The Position

Corporate Recruiter | North Metro Atlanta, GA (100% In-Office) Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team in North Metro Atlanta . This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition — not HR responsibilities — supporting hiring efforts across multiple regions including Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin), Augusta, GA, and Winder, GA . The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of recruiting experience , preferably within construction, manufacturing, or general contracting industries , and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment . This is a highly visible recruiting role where personality, energy, and relationship-building are critical for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate/internal recruiting environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates across multiple operational regions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies including job boards, networking, and social media recruiting.
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent the company professionally when engaging with candidates and industry professionals.
