About The Position

Corporate Recruiter | North Metro Atlanta, GA (100% In-Office) Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team in North Metro Atlanta. This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition — not HR responsibilities — supporting hiring efforts across multiple regions including Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin), Augusta, GA, and Winder, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or general contracting industries, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment. This is a highly visible recruiting role where personality, energy, and relationship-building are critical for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate/internal recruiting environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates across multiple operational regions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies including job boards, networking, and social media recruiting.
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent the company professionally when engaging with candidates and industry professionals.
