Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years of corporate recruiting in a multi-location setting (Sales or Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ADP (or similar ATS), Google Workspace, and advanced sourcing tools like Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire journey from sourcing and screening to extending offers and managing onboarding.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Execute creative strategies across social networks and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP) to maintain a warm candidate pipeline.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with department heads to understand technical requirements and define success for every role.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience that reflects our brand.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Maintain data integrity within ADP and ensure all hiring practices align with EEO/OFCCP guidelines.
  • Onboarding: Lead the new hire process, including initiating background checks, drug tests, and reference checks to ensure a smooth transition.
