About The Position

We are looking for a professional recruiter to carry out candidate sourcing, phone screens, and interviews. You will be responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers at Raymond Central across eight different states in the Central US.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience carrying out full lifecycle recruitment in a professional setting
  • Associate’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience carrying out full life cycle recruitment in the material handling or related field
  • Experience carrying out full life cycle recruitment for maintenance technicians or related roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Technician opportunities across our entire region.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to build relationships, understand and define job competencies, experience requirements, and department needs for all open positions.
  • Interview applicants, internal and external, to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Test/assess applicants to determine skill levels and personality parameters for position suitability.
  • Generate and execute comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, social media, client referrals, advertising, and traditional networking.
  • Continue to build out our employer brand by relationship development with local colleges and trade schools
  • Partner with external recruiting vendors and agencies on external searches, ensure quality service, and provide accurate reporting.
  • Provide information on company culture, facilities, benefits and opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • File and maintain applicant (internal and external) records through Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Maintain and track key recruitment metrics provided by leadership
