We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through interviews and extending offers, while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a consistent candidate experience. This position requires someone who is process-driven, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities. The ideal candidate understands how to move quickly without sacrificing quality and can partner effectively with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environment preferred
  • Proven ability to source and hire for a variety of roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and team culture.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting metrics for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
