We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter – High Volume to support hiring across multiple U.S. markets and time zones. This role is designed for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys both proactive sourcing and high-quality candidate screening, and takes pride in moving talent through the hiring process efficiently and thoughtfully. This position focuses on delivery for high-volume, repeatable hiring needs, while still requiring strong judgment, candidate assessment skills, and the ability to adapt recruiting approaches by market and seasonality. This is an onsite role based at our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD . Candidates in nearby areas such as Columbia, Laurel, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Baltimore, and Annapolis are encouraged to apply.
