Role Overview The Temporary Recruiter will support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across multiple functions, including Legal, Sales, Finance, Learning & Development (L&D), and early-career/college graduate roles. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal recruiting leadership to deliver qualified talent efficiently and consistently. This is a hands-on, execution-focused contract role suited for a recruiter who can quickly ramp, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt sourcing strategies across diverse talent pools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience sourcing across multiple functions or role types simultaneously
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, networking)
  • Ability to evaluate candidate fit for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for professional services, corporate, or sales roles
  • Exposure to early-career or campus recruiting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates across Legal, Sales, Finance, L&D, and college graduate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus channels, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal recruiters to clarify role profiles, priorities, and timelines
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking within the ATS
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support the interview process as needed
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely, clear communication
  • Support early-career and college graduate recruiting efforts, including resume screening and pipeline development
  • Meet hiring timelines and sourcing targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
