The Role As a corporate recruiter you are responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates for a company. You will collaborate with hiring managers, use various sourcing methods, conduct screenings, and facilitate the hiring process. You will ensure a seamless experience for both the company and candidates, playing a crucial role in building a skilled workforce. This position is part of the company’s People & Culture team and reports directly to the Recruitment Lead based in Amsterdam. This position will also report to the Head of the North America Office.

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using a variety of recruitment methods
• Articulate, precise, and excellent communication skills (giving and receiving feedback)
• Climate advocate with a drive to leave the world in a better place
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• The candidate must be able to travel to Amsterdam for a two-week onboarding program at our headquarters.
• Living and working in Houston, Texas

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the hiring process.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and finalize employment agreements.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary information, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the company.
• Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
