About The Position

Also is seeking a mid-level Contract Recruiter with a strong agency recruiting background to support high-volume hiring across multiple functions, including GTM and corporate roles.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the company by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. Your ability to recruit effectively across diverse functions will be critical in helping us remain competitive and build a team of highly skilled, culturally aligned professionals. This role will be based in Seattle, WA and work directly out of the Also office, partnering closely with hiring teams to deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Agency recruiting experience or Corporate experience with a proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
  • Experience recruiting across GTM, G&A, and other non-technical roles
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong sourcing skills and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
  • Confident communicator who can influence and manage hiring stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for results
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Seattle and collaborate closely with the team

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams, hiring managers, and executives
  • Drive high-volume hiring, balancing speed with strong candidate quality
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Proactively source and build pipelines using agency-style sourcing techniques
  • Screen candidates, manage interview coordination, and support hiring decisions
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner while maintaining urgency and accountability
  • Communicate Also’s mission, culture, and value proposition clearly to candidates
  • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Provide weekly reporting on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks
  • Share market insights, including talent availability and compensation trends
