This role is ideal for a relentless talent hunter who thrives on finding and engaging high-performing construction professionals, including Superintendents and field leadership, and who takes pride in bringing in talented employees who stay and grow within the company. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, engineering or skilled trades
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Superintendents or similar construction leadership roles
  • A proven ability to identify, pursue and close passive candidates
  • Exceptionally self-motivated, disciplined and resilient
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates using creative, persistent, and strategic outreach methods
  • Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and project leadership to deeply understand role requirements, culture fit, and long-term success factors
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, with a professional candidate experience
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates with a focus on quality, longevity and performance – not just speed to fill
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes to continuously improve results
