Job Description The Corporate Receptionist and Mail Coordinator is a dynamic, professional, and personable individual who provides high-level administrative support while managing the front desk and creating a warm, welcoming environment for all visitors. This dual role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and team members, as well as manage and coordinate the incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for the corporate office.
